  • All purchases on our platform are for digital services and products (such as resume templates, resume downloads, or premium features). As such, once a digital product or service has been delivered or accessed, it is generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
    • Duplicate payment for the same service.
    • Failure to deliver the purchased digital service due to a verified technical error on our platform.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at team@resumebanao.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original account within 15 business days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above or are deemed to be fraudulent or abusive.
